Raw, Unfiltered, Honest Honey

Our wildflower honey comes from bees foraging across uncultivated meadow and hedgerow within a few miles of the farm. Because we do not manage the forage — the bees find it themselves — the flavour changes subtly each year, reflecting the season, the rainfall, and which flowers were most abundant. No two batches are identical. That is something we celebrate, not standardise away.

Why Raw Matters

Most commercial honey is heated to 70°C or higher to prevent crystallisation and extend shelf life. That process destroys the natural enzymes, pollens, and antimicrobial compounds that make honey genuinely nourishing. Our honey is never heated above 35°C — the temperature of the hive itself. It will crystallise over time (that is a sign of quality, not a defect). If you prefer it runny, simply place the jar in warm — not hot — water.

Our Varieties

  • Raw Wildflower Honey — our flagship, available in 250g and 500g glass jars.
  • Comb Honey — freshly cut comb sections, the purest expression of the hive. Limited availability.

All honey is jarred by hand, labelled with the harvest date and hive number, and sealed with a tamper-evident lid.
